Welcome to AOP 2026!
Registration is open at the ISEL Foyer from 09:00. Pick up your badge and conference kit before the Opening Ceremony at 13:45 in the Auditorium.
Room change: Parallel Session 6
Session 6 (NANPHOPT1) remains in Fresnel Room as scheduled. Please note Maxwell Room and Fresnel Room are on the first floor of the main building.
Monastery visit meeting point
Participants travel to the monastery by their own means and should arrive by around 17:30. The monastery is about 7 km from the venue: roughly 30 minutes by car or taxi, or nearly one hour by public transport. Please plan your journey in advance.
Poster Session 2 setup
Poster presenters for Session 2 should mount their posters in the Main Hall before 17:00. Boards and fixings are provided.
Awards Ceremony
Best Oral and Best Poster awards will be announced during the Closing Session at 12:30. All attendees are warmly invited.
Guided Visit to RTP – Friday, 14:30
Participation in the guided visit to RTP is limited to the first 30 participants who registered in advance. Only confirmed registered participants may attend.
